Who wouldn’t understand feeling leery of hiring a person who did jail time? All kinds of things cross your mind and you might be questioning trust, ethic and responsibility. Maybe you prefer to not open a potential can of worms… But, how fair is it to be a person that has fulfilled a debt to society only to remain barred from meaningful reintegration and forced to carry around a stigma they can’t shake?
