What’s coming up at HR Tech on day three?

Sessions at the halfway point of the virtual HR Technology Conference & Exposition will start off with a bang, as HRE columnist and Leapgen CEO Jason Averbook takes attendees into a deep dive about how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed HR’s mindset—from focusing on the future of work to the now of work.

While coronavirus has come with quite a few challenges, it has also provided HR with an opportunity for a digital reset, and it is accelerating a workplace digital revolution. Averbook will explore how HR leaders can embrace the potential of these opportunities.

New York Times bestselling author and business consultant Marcus Buckingham will also highlight the results of two large, global surveys on the state of resilience and engagement in the workplace, which he conducted with his team at the ADP Research Institute.

The day will round out with Dr. Tolonda Tolbert, co-founder and head of strategy and culture at Eskalera, as she gives a powerful examination of how HR can harness the power of tech and data to help tell the real story of diversity and inclusion within their organizations.

And peppered throughout the day are a number of opportunities for attendees to get “hands-on” demo sessions and insights into how other employers are making technology work in their HR strategies.

Thursday’s attendees can hear from Stephanie Keith, global HR ops senior analyst with PepsiCo, about how companies can partner with AI to strengthen and empower their recruiters and managers in the talent acquisition function.

And experts from Accenture will offer insights from their own HR transformation journey, illustrating how they were prepared to quickly pivot during the pandemic, as well as providing principles you can apply today to enable lasting resiliency.
