I’ve focused on HR since I started this blog and I’m continuing to do so, but organizations don’t exist in a vacuum. It’s time to meet with and speak to others outside my chosen profession. My goal is to see what their perception of Human Resources is and what can be learned from them. I’ll then share my thoughts and observations with you as I learn what it takes to be a more well-rounded HR professional.
