The Academy Awards are one of my favorite nights of the year. I love watching all of the movies leading up to it in preparation, watching the red carpet interviews and celebrating the winners!

To get the most energy and engagement from your talent, here’s why you should treat them like Oscar winning performers.

As the face of your company, leaders must enable their front-line employees by removing obstacles that get in the way of their success.

Treat them like celebrities and enable them with skills, learning and development that will make them engaged and energized to produce exceptional experiences for your customers.

When you get to know your employees beyond the job they do, treat them like celebrities, and recognize them like rock stars, the engagement and discretionary energy you get in return will provide ROI tenfold!

Exceptional experiences start from the inside out!  If you want your employees to provide exceptional experiences for your customers, you must first create exceptional internal experiences for them.
