An article this week in Bloomberg provides the details of an age discrimination lawsuit brought against CEO Michael Jeffries by the clothing company’s former pilot.A piece of evidence in the case is an “Aircraft Standards” manual that outlines the dress code for employees. According to the court documents, Jeffries required “clean-shaven” male attendants to wear a uniform of Abercrombie polo shirts, boxer briefs, flip-flops and a “spritz” of the retailer’s cologne. If you have been accused of being a dress code stickler, this article might make you feel less guilty.
