When you travel to different countries you see different methods companies use to attract talent locally, and aimed at specific audiences. Sometimes these are interesting, sometimes they are just job posters, but sometimes like the one above they are right on the money. It gets your attention.
To put the poster into context. It was from Drexel University recruiting for new students, and the big image was on the Metro (underground) in Washington D.C. I like this advertising as it tells it like it is!
The other one I saw on the Metro – the trains this time, was for a job board. Again – the message is a simple but effective one.
Obviously I have no way of knowing how effective they have been as recruiting adverts, but it does make a change to see some different messages being used in advertising.
