From its exciting opening session on how to take advantage of the power of data to a closing session on how the nation’s largest employer is innovating within its recruiting process, this year’s edition of the Women in HR Technology Summit offers something for everyone.
Now in its fourth year, the summit opens the HR Technology Conference, held Oct. 1-4 in Las Vegas, with a fantastic opportunity for women attendees (and men, too) to gain actionable insights into building a culture of inclusion within their organizations.

Tuesday’s closing session, Women in Tech-Leading the Hiring Innovation at Walmart, features the perspective of four Walmart executives: Kali Hayes, product owner for hiring; Nerissa McQuilkin, technical product owner for global recruiting technology; Andrea Overholt, recruiting engineering director; and Katie Taylor, senior director of software engineering of global talent systems. In just 12 weeks, this impressive team undertook a major enterprise implementation in rebuilding Walmart’s ATS to create a consumer-grade experience for 1 million-plus hires. Be there to hear their amazing story firsthand in this inspirational closing session.
