If you’re in the market for new HR-technology solutions, a stroll through the expo floor at next week’s HR Technology Conference & Exposition® will introduce you to a host of options across the HR function. Organizers announced today that exhibitors will debut more than 80 new products at the conference, being held Oct. 1-4 at the Venetian in Las Vegas.
Products run the gamut, from D&I and employee engagement to payroll and performance management, as well as many other areas. The new solutions reflect a number of trends gaining traction in the industry, such as an increasing focus on employee experience and culture, as well as the ongoing dominance of artificial intelligence.
Here are a few of the products that will be unveiled at the conference (and see the full lineup on the conference website):
- First Advantage: The company’s new XtdForce, exhibited at Booth 1339, offers mobile-friendly, candidate-powered background screening. The tool features continuous monitoring and automated functionality to ensure compliance while decreasing time to fill.
- meQuilibrium: At Booth 625, learn about Collaborate, meQuilibrium’s HCM module that uses machine learning to help colleagues and managers better collaborate while promoting organizational agility.
- Data Society: This new training program, showcased at Booth 443, involves custom-built curricula available both in on-site and remote options to drive education around predictive analytics and data-driven processes.
In addition to being able to get up close and personal with the tech and the minds behind them on the expo floor—which is the world’s largest showcase of HR technology products and services—attendees can also learn more about several of these solutions at the Awesome New Technologies session, scheduled for Oct. 3.
