The Social Recruiting Hierarchy of Needs

The other day happened to be reading an article that contained something I hadn’t seen for a while – the classic image showing Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Now of course, it is as valid today as it has ever been, and is the one of the theories of psychology that is always quoted when talking about human motivation.

I kept looking at it and felt that with the social recruiting age it should look a little different! So I have produced my own version of what Maslow’s original theory could look like in the world of social recruiting.
