The Secrets to Creating Magical Experiences

As I have written about, it is not hocus pocus, it’s customer focus.

I believe deeply that all except a select few products and services are being commoditized.

Further, I believe that the best and brightest organizations are those that focus on creating sustainable advantage through the experiences they create.

If you think about it, however, the same holds true for individuals.

Those individuals who create the best experiences are the ones who will get the promotions and opportunities. It’s only logical.

The organizations that create the best experiences will get the best loyalty and the most net promoters. It’s only logical.
