While you may not have been aware, two months ago, new Quickbooks Online (QBO) users noticed issues with time data posting but not appearing in the run payroll pages. Intuit, once notified of the problem, confirmed that the error existed within the actual QBO application, and not as a sync issue within TSheets (or any other time tracking apps).
Intuit made the issue a top priority, and confirmed that as of today, it has been resolved. Thanks to Intuit for their determination in getting the run payroll feature up and running, and to our customers for bringing the problem to light with TSheets and ultimately Intuit.
