I have been very excited by the work that is underway on the Government 2.0 front.  The US, the  UK, Australia, and others are doing an outstanding job making the changes to become more transparent to its citizens, providing more value through technologies ranging from Twitter to Facebook to Blogs, to old-fashioned web sites.
