Important Human Resources Information
Earlier this week, I made an appearance on the DriveThruHR radio show hosted weekdays by my buddy, Bryan Wempen. I talked about recent trends in the labor relations fields and how they will impact those of currently doing a human resources job every day. So if you want to hear about things like:
- the National Labor Relations Board and social media
- National Mediation Board rule changes that will make it easier for union to organize companies in the airline industry like Delta
- the Wiengarten decision and why it matters to human resources professionals
and other esoteric, yet important stuff, you can listen to what Bryan and I discussed on the link I have enbedded below. My show is under episode #65. There were some other great guests who also talked like labor relations, such as Phil Wilson of the Labor Relations Institute, and Mike Haberman of HR Observations.
I will be posting on some of these topics and more on labor relations development tomorrow.
