There are not too many social recruiting case studies that are around in the UK at the moment, but there are still some good examples social recruiting being used in other countries.
Starbucks have a philosophy and it goes like this:Two way real-time interactive conversations to create connections and relationships and begin building a sustainable talent advantage. No different than their consumer web 2.0 strategy.
One slide I really like is this one:
They don’t try and make things complicated with loads of different, new and fancy sites, they just use the ones that work, and tried and tested marketing techniques (but obviously done in the Starbucks way!).
Oh yes, and their coffee isn’t bad either!!
