Social HR Gets a Major Boost with New LinkedIn, Facebook and Corporate Social Network Features

It has been a busy summer for us here at TribeHR. Just last month, we announced that we secured an additional $2.5 million in financing led by Relay Ventures, with participation from Matrix Partners. Now, we have more big news.

Coming soon: The TribeHR Facebook app will allow you to add a dynamic careers portal to your company Facebook page.

Today we’re announcing some game-changing product enhancements that will take social HR to the next level. These features are designed to help HR Managers optimize recruitment, employee engagement, and recognition by leveraging the social power of LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal corporate social networks.

Our new LinkedIn and Facebook features will help simplify and amplify your social recruiting efforts. Specifically:

  • The LinkedIn Integration allows busy job seekers to use a new “Apply with LinkedIn” button from which TribeHR automatically builds an applicantion package based off of the candidate’s LinkedIn profile. This enables your hiring managers and applicant reviewers to rate, rank, and comment on prospective employees in real-time.
  • The Facebook Job Posting Application lets HR managers automatically update their company’s Facebook page with open job positions, and allows prospective employees to submit applications through Facebook.
These hiring functions will be available on Group and Team packages.

We believe that innovative businesses are committed to not only providing employees with regular feedback, but also recognizing good performances. With this in mind, we’ve introduced two new social feedback features:

  • Facebook Feedback is designed to help HR managers motivate employees. With this new feature, employees who receive kudos from a manager or peer can share this positive feedback on their Facebook timelines. This will not only make them feel good about their accomplishments, but also help boost brand awareness for their employer and drive referrals.
  • TribeHR’s new 360 Social Feedback feature lets users request and collect feedback at any time from anyone in the organization. This new capability helps managers easily collect real-time feedback as part of a formal review, in addition to continuous feedback on any employee.
Facebook Feedback will be available on Starter, Group and Team packages, while 360 Social Feedback will only be available on Group and Team packages.

The enhancements to our platform make soliciting fresh insights from peers simple and instantaneous, and sharing recognition even more social.
