I thought about this today as I wanted buy a service from a local company, and started by looking at their website. I could not find the product or services I was looking for. But I could read about the size of the company, number of employees and the company structure – and the company is probably proud of being big, but I do not care about this at all – I just want a big button stating: “JUST WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR”
