Customer Service“If it’s the WRONG information you want, you can call your friendly (Major Retail Store) and get just that!! The manager of 6 years, could not care less that I was told an item was available and when I came to the store, it was not there. Could not care less!!! HORRIBLE business practices and customer service!”
