The countdown is now on to the HR-tech industry’s annual “town hall.” Registration opened this week for the 2020 HR Technology Conference & Exposition, being held Oct. 13-16 in Las Vegas.
Through March 19, attendees can register for one Premium Pass at full price and get half-off registration for all other colleagues. Premium Pass holders get access to more than 100 sessions, all expo-floor activities, daily meals, sponsored events and more. They also can attend the Women in HR Tech Summit, held the first day of the conference.
Jeanne Achille, chair of the Women in HR Summit, says issues surrounding gender equity in the workplace continue to rise to the forefront of the corporate consciousness—though many organizations continue to struggle.
“The spotlight on gender diversity and inclusion has intensified and, in doing so, illuminated significant shortcomings in boards and businesses,” Achille says. “With women now holding the majority of U.S. jobs, poised and ready to lead, are organizations truly ready to support them?”
The summit will address that question, Achille says, by focusing on “how to collaborate so everyone wins, with a special emphasis on the training, technologies and ethos needed to make it happen.”
