Random Acts of Kindness

IBERIABANK, a 125-year-old subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation, proudly celebrates the Company’s 125th Anniversary on Monday, March 12, 2012 with special activities planned for the week aimed at giving back in the community. The IBERIABANK team will touch over 1,250 people in the community by performing random acts of kindness throughout Collier and Lee Counties.

On Wednesday, March 14, 2012, associates will engage in two fun activities. The first is a gas giveaway. IBERIABANK associates will randomly select individuals and offer to pump and pay for $12.50 worth of gas per person at stations in Fort Myers and Naples. Over $2,500 in free gas will be given away locally with over $12,500 in gas to be given throughout the Company’s footprint. Additionally, lucky individuals will be randomly selected at local restaurants and have their tab picked up by IBERIABANK associates.

“By performing these random acts of kindness, we are hoping that the people we touch will be inspired to pay it forward and perform their own random acts of kindness in our community,” Short explained. “Our Company’s success is all about the people. We want to celebrate by simply giving back.”
