We’re also pleased to have leading HR bloggers Kris Dunn, Mike Haberman, Chris Havrilla and Cathy Missildine-Martin  take center stage on the first day of the conference to discuss and debate strategies for nurturing top talent.

Why a panel debate on nurturing top talent?

According to the Price Waterhouse Coopers 14th Annual Global CEO Survey (April 2011), managing talent is now overtaking risk as the number one priority on the CEO agenda, which means attracting, developing and retaining top talent is even more prevalent than ever for HR leaders.

This won’t be a rock ‘em, sock ‘em debate but the panelists do promise to provide actional intelligence on what tools and approaches organizations can implement today to plan for the future.

As Chris Havrilla says:

“Since top performers are a source of competitive advantage, attracting and retaining an all-star talent pool is a hot topic now more than ever. I’m confident we’ll have many views and lots to share on how organizations can best nurture their all-stars.”

For those of you who don’t know them already, meet our HR blogger panelists
