As we prepare for an exciting Health & Benefits Leadership Conference this April in Las Vegas, we want to open the dialogue between speakers and attendees through our monthly twitter chats.
We had a successful conversation with the American Benefits Council on topics ranging from how the SECURE Act and repeal of the Cadillac tax will impact HR to speculations on how the election could change the employee benefits playing field.
And while policy can change the way employers approach their employee benefits strategies, it’s imperative employees are engaging and making better informed decisions during open enrollment.
But benefits communication must be more than simply a box to check off in HR’s open enrollment strategy. It’s a year-long dialogue that must be had. Our chat will be in advance of Benz’s presentation at the Health & Benefits Leadership Conference, where she will discuss what’s working well today to engage employees and drive action, as well as what’s to come—and how to plan now so you can stay ahead of the curve.
