New research from HPA: HR are throwing money down the drain by investing in data collection but failing to use it effectively!

Research conducted by Human Potential Accounting in collaboration with Dr Rob Briner from Birkbeck, University  of London have found that while most organisations are more than happy to invest in data collection about their employees, few use this information to its full potential.  HPA carried out in-depth interviews with a number of senior HR representatives, across private, public and not-for-profit sectors. The research investigated the data capability of four counterproductive employee behaviours in particular: employee absence, internet misuse, employee turnover and grievance.
