Motivation for the New Year

“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” — Aristotle

It’s one week into the New Year. The first week of resolutions and goals when your motivation is high is always so invigorating.  I’ve been powering through some awesome projects here at CSI and keeping myself organized and diligent about following through with my goals.  I seriously feel like I’m on fire!

It’s incredible how much putting your health first will energize your work life. I’ve personally committed to an online yoga camp and have completed 9 days in a row of yoga!  I’ve been drinking so much water, getting lots of fresh air (even though it’s been down to -12C here in Toronto), eating healthy and having a smoothie every day.

But what happens in week two when the novelty of new beginnings starts to fade, and we get a little bit lazy and fall back into old habits?

I thought I’d try to help keep you motivated to meet all of your leadership, employee enablement and customer service goals in 2016 with a round up some of our most popular posts of the past year.  We’ve got so much great stuff to keep your mind fuelled and motivated to making 2016 your greatest year yet!
