Tanveer Naseer is an award-winning and internationally-acclaimed leadership writer and keynote speaker. He is also the Principal and Founder of Tanveer Naseer Leadership, a leadership coaching firm that works with executives and managers to help them develop practical leadership and team-building competencies to guide organizational growth and development.
Tanveer credits his background and experiences in the scientific field for his keen understanding of the nature of interactions in business, as well as being able to help organizations break down and improve complex processes which are holding their teams back.
Tanveer’s writings and insights on leadership and workplace interactions have been featured in a number of prominent organization and media publications, including Fast Company, Canada’s national newspaper “The Globe and Mail”, Houston Chronicle, Careerealism, Human Capital Institute (HCI), American Management Association (AMA), Hallmark Business Connections, along with numerous other magazines and industry newsletters.

Tanveer holds a Master of Science degree in Pathology from McGill University and currently lives in Montreal, Canada with his wife and their three never-cease-to-amaze-us daughters.
