- Deciding to own their career development in order to learn and earn to the position they really want.
- Learning to be more naturally personable with customers to improve retention and up-sell opportunities.
- Calmly confronting a nosey colleague to stop being so nosey.
- Taking ownership of a cross-functional internal training program.
