Little things make big things. Eventually.

Nothing brings a coachable moment manager more pleasure than the little things. You know, the tiny epiphanies that your team experiences when positive change is imminent (or already happening).

  • Deciding to own their career development in order to learn and earn to the position they really want.
  • Learning to be more naturally personable with customers to improve retention and up-sell opportunities.
  • Calmly confronting a nosey colleague to stop being so nosey.
  • Taking ownership of a cross-functional internal training program.

These are but a few examples of what I’ve experienced.

Little things make big things. Eventually.
