Key strategies for using Twitter effectively in recruitment.


Yesterday at The British Library in London, I spoke at the Social Media in Recruitment conference (#SMIR on Twitter), superbly organised by Mike Taylor from Web-Based Recruitment. The conference was a great success, and was attended by 230 delegates, from a mix of recruitment agencies, corporates, in-house recruiters, HR, recruitment adverting companies, job boards and journalists.

I would just like to thank everyone for their fantastic feedback on the presentation I delivered. The Twitter back channel is feedback benchmark for all speakers nowadays, and for me it was extremely positive. It particularly pleased me, because it meant the level of content I wrote and delivered resonated perfectly with the diverse audience – which is always the challenge for such a large audience!
