Last week saw the TRULondon 2 event in London. I had the pleasure of attending and meeting a whole bunch of great people from the recruitment and HR industry, from all over the world. I will be writing a number of posts over the next week or so, with a good number of videos of the event, including full videos of some of the tracks I was involved in (so if you want to know what happens at an unconference track, keep reading this blog!)
As a recruiter of many years, there is one person in the business, that I have consistently learnt from, when it comes to sourcing candidates. I am of course referring to the Sourcing Master himself, Jim Stroud. I was extremely pleased then, to see Jim Stroud appear at TRULondon 2, last week. So I took the opportunity to ask Jim the same question I asked a number of other people during the unconference (other short interviews will follow this week):
