In my mind, everyone should have an articulate answer to that question.
More importantly, I think everyone’s answer should be about how they personalize the interaction while using technology.
I believe the best organizations, the best leaders and the best front line associates all understand one thing; they need to be enabled to serve and they need the flexibility to personalize.
When you enable the front line to create personalized sales and service interactions and stay one step ahead of technology you will be amazed at how you create loyalty and raving fans.
