First Hall of Famer, Mrs. Patsy Watt

For many years I have celebrated my 5th Grade Teacher, Mrs. Patsy Watt, from Fairview Elementary School in Columbia, Missouri. It was Mrs. Watt who first encouraged me to “write about something I love” and it was Mrs. Watt who first recognized and encouraged my creative side. There is no doubt that, without her influence, I would not be the business person, speaker, writer or “creator” I have become. She is a blessing.’s HALL OF FAME allows individual readers to share their personal accounts of exceptional professional courtesy in the workplace. The above tribute has been provided by a reader.
