It shows how experiential learning, and in my interpretation, team building activities can change you as a person, therefore changing your thinking…
If you want to transform a system, you can’t get there with the same knowledge you built it with. The neural structure that built the system, and it sucks, is going to re-build it so it sucks worse…. There is no system transformation without biological transformation within you.
