Equality Seminar Unveils the Business Case for Promoting E&D in Organisations

People Resolutions held its first Equality & Diversity roundtable seminar on Tuesday 24th November 2009, with senior HR representatives from the likes of BT, Mercedes Benz, the RAF and several District Councils attending. The day promised to draw broad perspectives on existing E&D requirements and the impact of the new Equality Bill within the private and public sector workplaces, with speakers including Andrew Ades MBE, Jiten Patel and Siobhan Atkin.

During the seminar Jiten Patel, People Resolutions Consultant and Director of Leading Vantage Limited, presented some of the key drivers for Equality & Diversity in a business context, often overlooked as non-critical to the bottom line.
