The balance of Enthusiasm, Competence, and Passion have nature and nurture components.
How you balance and use / illustrate your Enthusiasm, Competence and Passion in work and how your work system is set-up to allow you to be enthusiastic, competent and passionate about what you do can be a struggle.
My argument is within your work environment the System you work in has a larger force than your internal drive.
Once as a manager you see the lack of enthusiasm (being apathy); Competence (being incompetence; and Passion (being excessive skepticism) – look at how the work in being done and who is on your team.
What do you think?
What would a work environment that had a good balance of Competence, Passion, and Enthusiasm look like? How would you know that you are using all three of those within your work system?
