We need to get more relevant, more timely, and make use the current technology available. Also we need to be aware of the cost of the survey and what could be done with the money we spend. I like data, I just want it more timely, more relevant, and more actionable. Our data should serve employee engagement work not have us be servants to a survey of dubious value.
