Harold, Jane, Charles, Clark, and I led a session this morning that recapped people’s DevLearn experience. We used a minute of silence to clear our heads of the noise of overstimulation. Then we focused on how what we’d learned in the last few days would change our behavior.

Frankly, I think all conferences should make room for reflection before people return to business as usual. It’s a key component of learning.
