Can you please help me with a blog post on video interviewing?

I have had several conversations this week regarding video interviewing, and whether it should be used and if so what is the best way of doing it.

Rather than just give my opinion, I would like your help to make this a real mix of opinions.

ALL I would like you to do, is to write a short paragraph answering the question:

Social recruiting is here to stay, so should we now be using video interviewing more, and if so,what is the best method to use?

(I will of course reference everyone and link back to them).

This is a contentious subject that I certainly have some strong opinions on, but what about you?
