Building Relationships with New Hiring Managers

The implementation process of new clients can sometimes be challenging when it comes to gaining a hiring manager’s trust. How do you go about building a relationship with new clients? Start by setting up a call whether it’s via Skype or just a quick conversation, put the effort into learning their needs out of this partnership and expectations in order to work together by finding the right candidates successfully. Ask them their methods of management, do they prefer reports? Do they favor emails? Or do they prefer daily, even weekly check-ins? Not all hiring managers work the same way, so find that balance to make working together effortless. No one said this process would be easy, but it will be rewarding in the end by hiring the right candidates for your partners, and even creating new friendships.
