#1: Vote in features. Need advice or want to see something new on TSheets? Just visit help.tsheets.com. Here, you’ll find our support staff and user community ready at the answer. Plus, our feedback forum allows customers to submit feature requests. Others can vote for the ones they’d like to see too. It’s how we prioritize what to boost or dream up next. When a new feature is live, we actually call the original submitter to share the happy news.
#2: Test drives. How do we break in new features? We make real customers our beta testers. For those who want to take a spin with up-and-coming solutions—like a pre-release of an Android app, for example—we offer test drives. We then take this beta stage input and turn it into a bug free experience. That’s awesome for everyone in the end.
#3: Champion for you. The Chief of Customer Defense is a real title at TSheets, and an important one at that. Meet Matt Newbill, an elite force at TSheets since our start. Matt now serves as the voice and watchdog for our customers. In every meeting where key business decisions are made, Matt is there to ask, “Is this the right move for our customers?” He keeps the entire team on track. When we make a promise to a customer, Matt tracks the progress internally, and ensures everyone stays accountable so we deliver the good stuff.
#4: Ratings love. TSheets just launched a dedicated ratings and reviews section on our website, inspired by the voices and the passion of our customers. TSheets users can rate our solution with one to five hearts, add comments, and even upload videos, photos or a logo (with the side effect of promoting your company, too).
