Pinterest will I believe become an important part of a social recruiters armoury. Yes it is a virtual pinboard, but it can be soooo much more, with a little imagination. Pictures and videos can be pinned, tags, URL's and comments can be added, content can be shared and liked and (crucially) people can follow your boards - sound familiar to some other social networks?

I saw this graphic today on the fantastic marketing site, Hubspot blog, and wanted to share it here. I have not yet seen a better example of easy to follow Pinterest tips displayed so well as this. It is a good read.
